On a Cisco ASA 5505, how do I login to priv exec mode without needing to type enable

I have SSH enabled and I can logon.  But I want to enter priv exec (#) when I logon automatically instead of just exec (>).

You can't. This can only be done on CISCO routers and switches with "privilege 15". ASA is firewall, completely different beast.

FYI - You also can't telnet to another device from ASA.
