Exchange 2010 Web App Adim Login

When I log in as the administrator into our exchange 2010 web app  I noticed that i can open up the inbox on most of the mailboxes for our user accounts which is needed from time to time but also on some mailboxes I need to manage i don't have the ability to open them up its greyed out. I need to figure out how to resolve this because when users has problems i can usually manage their mailboxes and open up their inbox.

Has the account you are using been given Full mailbox permissions to the mailboxes you are having problems accessing? Should be able to check this in the Management Console - recipients - mailboxes.
