Secure Document Sharing service - recommendations..

Looking for a recommendation for a service:

I would like to find a service that provides me with an API to which I can send a document for company A that is encrypted with A's public key (or some similar mechanism) - along with the folder structure and document name (.e.g. encyptedFileForA, /2015/June/20/).

Service then provides A with the ability to log in and see all documents posted for them without any knowledge of company B etc.

Basically I generate a lot of files that need to be secure and I do not want to have to secure and manage them myself.

owncloud (RESTful API - https://owncloud.com/features/#FlexibleAPI) - The ownCloud server stores user files in standard file system formats and can use most enterprise file systems. It also has WebDAV/Sharepoint integration (if you are having some document library integration thoughts too) and Windows network drives mounting to have the file structure (accessible via VPN). Below are their resp short summary.

smartFile (https://www.smartfile.com/business/) - Has API access, multiple user (role based) support just like network file sharing  and even has Microsoft Outlook Add-in to explore through the file structure for user access. Likewise, can install SmartFile on your network for more control (as Enterprise On-Premise server)

WatchDox (https://www.watchdox.com/en/data-sheets/api-sdk/) - has API/SDK interface to customize workflows etc. Has the pub/private key protection for secure file sharing as well as online collaboration. Support DRM files and Sharepoint as well. For its Cloud version, it is hosted on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS). Also connector to help interface to existing systems.. https://www.watchdox.com/en/product/content-connectors/
