Door Security -- via existing INTERNAL CAT5 wiring ?

I currently have lots of INTERNAL CAT5 wiring and would like to install a door security system that runs off this wiring.

What vendors do you recommend ?

Depends on what you mean by Door Security.  Do you want an automated Bar code, RFID or Doorbell to an operator --
