I send an email to several recipients with a an excel spreadsheet attachment. Some clients get it, but a few at one location do not? it apparently gets delivered as I do not get a bounce back. They say they have checked their spam folders and it I not there. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

if some are receiving the excel attachment then your mail server looks fine. probably problem is on receipients side. Maybe their mailserver or firewall is blocking that kind of attachment (extensions like .xls or .xlsx) so it´s stopped before mails are going to their mailboxes and that´s the reason they can not see it even in spam folder.
what if you send the same email but document will be zipped? are they able to receive like this?

The messages were being blocked by the firewall. It took asking multiple people to get straight answer. Users don't understand we are trying to help them and not being truthful doesn't help. Thanks for your help; Helpfinder.
