I send an email to several recipients with a an excel spreadsheet attachment. Some clients get it, but a few at one location do not? it apparently gets delivered as I do not get a bounce back. They say they have checked their spam folders and it I not there. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

email recipient is not recieving excel files.
