We are running Apache Version 2.2.29 in Windows 2012 64 bit.
We also have Oracle Weblogic intergrated into this.

We are facing nttdll.dll crash quite frequently. I am attaching the evenview error message.

Also we are getting the below logs frequently.
Let me know what could be the reason for this..

[Thu Jan 15 22:17:23 2015] [notice] Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting.
[Thu Jan 15 22:17:23 2015] [notice] Apache/2.2.29 (Win32) configured -- resuming normal operations

What does your server do? what are your configuration settings?

Search for "child process exited with status 3221225477" and then look at the info that applies to your situation what your setup has php applications, etc.
