To fix this can be rather complex, however, basically what you need to do is setup QoS (Quality of Service) on your network.

Zoiper should be setup to mark it's traffic with the proper DSCP QoS code. Then your router needs to be QoS aware and setup to honor DSCP markings and give the voice traffic the highest priority.

As I said, QoS can be very complex, so you may wish to hire someone to set this up for you.

Another option is that your internet service may be not as solid as it should be. If you are losing packets on the way out to the internet, then it could either be your router or your internet provider that needs to be replaced.

Usuall drill is to install or remove pulseaudio or to reconfigure it wirh realtime priority.
Also sound driver parameters need a complete run-through.

Pay attention to pulseaudio. If it installs it will crackle again.
