Site Broken on Tablet and Ipad

I'm working on a page and if you view it on a Tablet or IPad, it's broken.  There is a bunch of white space on the right hand side of the page and on an IPad, the top Main Text is way off to the right instead of centered in the box container.  What am I doing wrong with my CSS?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Again,
Top Text should be centered and not off to the right and the white space on the right.

I'd need to see your code or a link to the page to know more.

Do you have a meta tag with the viewport set correctly?

What are you using for responsiveness of your site? Bootstrap?
