A URL to launch a Java client class - for server testing? How is it done?

Hi
For my RTS game, it would really help debugging if I could go to a URL and have my Java client class instantiated instantly, so I can easily get clients from all over joining the test game. I have a server that uses TCP as a fail-safe for sending client activity, and UDP for sending them in duplicate, hopefully arriving quickly at the server. I need to see how well this does state to state, and internationally.
Anyway, a Web-start would be perfect? Where do I start? Can it be setup entirely in Eclipse? I have acquaintances around the world, too, to involve in tests. I own a Godaddy web package.

Thanks

Yes, Web Start make it as easy as it gets to launch a Java app. The only slight problem nowadays is that security is getting tighter so you'd need to sign it and you might need a proper certificate
