We have one outside sender who is trying to send orders to our orders mailbox, and is getting a bounce message indicating &quot;Your message has expired without any moderator decision for the following recipients.&quot; which appears to be being sent by systemMailbox{insert long string here}@oursite.com.<br />

We are not (and have not) used moderation on this server ever. &nbsp;The email is not going to a distribution group, and none of our distribution groups have moderation enabled. &nbsp; An email from that same person without an attachment went through ok, and we are receiving other orders with attachments from other people without issue. <br />

Not sure where to look, and so far googling has only turned up how to set up moderation (which I dont want). &nbsp;Any ideas

One external sender is getting bouncebacks with a moderator decision error, but we are not using moderation
