Install Printer and Printer Drivers for all users

I have about 30 users (30 machines) and I'm installing new printers and scanners.  I'm trying to avoid having to login as each individual user to install the printer, scanners and the drivers for each printer and scanner.  Is there a way to do this for all users?

If you are using AD, you can use the deploy printers via GPO. You can do this either from inside the GPO itself or .. easier .. from the Print Server manager
