We have a stand alone MS Exchange 2010 server.  We had a recent power failure and batteries died Server shutdown unexpected.  databases will not mount, and Microsoft replication service hangs on starting.
ran SFC /scannow and no errors.  Events 4999 & 4383 with errors.  tried upgrading to SP3 and still nothing works

1st check if database is in dirty shutdown
If yes, follow steps in below article to identify if database is dirty and if yes, repair it
http://msexchangeguru.com/2011/03/02/databse-repair/
Then try to mount it again
If this is the server also running AD, check if all AD services are running
