I have a spreadsheet with data. The columns are static and will not change. I have a userform to be used to navigate through the record set. The row count will not change.

How do I have the controls link so that the spin button navigation through the rows will change the values in the other controls based on information in the cells in the row?

Attached file is for use in an resolution.

Thanks

Try this. If I've gotten any of the offsets wrong, they are easy to correct. For example in dtPlannedQCWalkdown.Value = Rng(c).Offset(0, 2) the "2" means to get the data 2 columns to the right of the SubSystem column. If you need the Area or Item use -1 or -2.

Absolutely perfect Martin. A little tweaking to get the rest of the fields done and it will be a work of art.

Thank you so much.....
