YouTube HTML5 Video Player

How do you show the fullscreen button when the video is HD?  I see the button when the video is non-hd.

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Which browser are you using? It might be a browser problem.

I can see the full screen button.

If you are watching the video not from you tube - then they might disable the controls - you can just right click on the video copy the URL to your browser and play it again, the controls should be available.

Also another method is while you click on the video press the letter F it should open it in full screen.

You're right.  It's the browser.  IE does not show it; Firefox does show it.  Is there a way to make this show no mater what browser is used?

If one shows it probably the other should show it as well.

Try to update the IE with latest updates. I'm using IE 10 (Update version 10.0.19) and can see the full screen button.

I'm using IE 11.0.9600.17498.  Microsoft must have changed the browser's behavior.

Original Code:
  <iframe id="ytplayer" type="text/html" frameborder="0"/>

New Code:
  <iframe id="ytplayer" type="text/html" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen/>
