All users have Outlook 2013 as the email client.  All users Outlook work as expected.  One user has the following problem.  Whenever the Security Alert pop-up appears, she would click either "yes" or "no" or "view certificate" or even click on the "x" to close the pop-up, the user's Outlook crashes and then restarts again.  I checked for viruses and the machine is clean.  I uninstalled Office 2013 and reinstalled it and the problem persists.  Please see screen shot of the "Security Alert".  Any advice on this is appreciated.

I have used this tool on two machines and it is very helpful.  Please consider this case closed.
Thanks.
