we have an issue where a handful of devices on 1 exchange server mail domain are not receiving emails. When I resend the IT Policy, the issue is resolved but only for a few days and it starts happening again. It does not affect users that are on the same BES and exchange but have a different domain email... not sure if that has something to do with it. EG mail.fake.com. is working but mail.fakedomain.com is not. But that it the only difference I can see between users that do and don't have this problem.
