how to burn an mp4 with subtitles to dvd format

any good software that does this??? On vlc i get to choose the subtitle language but what if i want it burnt with the subtitle in dvd format

how do i do this???

Are the subtitles in a separate file (i.e. .srt, .vob/idx) or integrated into the mp4?
Do you want the subtitles to ALWAYS be ON i.e. burnt into the video or user selectable

Download Freemake Freemake Video Converter.
Drag the mp4 file into the program.
Click on Subtitles for the video and choose the language.
Once you are ready to burn to DVD, press the "to dvd" button.
