Hi,

a while back we lost the ability to email directly fro Word. the error message is and unspecified MAPI error.

We have set the default programs, checked settings in the registry and repaired office. It would be nice to fix this without re-installing office.

Thanks,

Try an Office Repair from Control Panel. Do a full repair. This does not involve reinstalling Office.

If the above does not work, then reinstalling Office is the next step, but that is not a big deal. Uninstall, restart, install, add service packs and patch. 30 - 45 minutes.

Looks like it's a re-install. Thanks for the help.
