Citrix Xenapp 6.5 licensing

I have two license files, (1) with 5 concurrent licenses and (1) with 10 concurrent licenses. It appears that when the 1st license file is "full"  (5 users use the license from the 1st file) I get the "out of licenses" message in my licensing console (see attached). At that point I am still able to login and then it begins to consume the licenses on the next file (as shown in the attachment). In this situation is the warning benign and I should just ignore it based on my license files? I am assuming that if I combine the files into one this warning will go away.

Am I thinking about this correctly?

I would call Citrix customer service for licensing (free call) and get them to combine the files into one.

What you are seeing is correct and working as designed.

If you combine the files, what you are seeing will go away.
