I am administrating a small network with a Microsoft Small Business Server 2011.
There are approx. 25 users.

My problem is, that often, but not always, users complain that they can not access the RWA on the server.
They get an error saying:

"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact the person who manages your server."

Can anyone give me a hint?

See if you can match the time the issue occured with anything that is in your eventlogs, the error itself should also be logged there. There should also be connection information in %systemdrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\%iisinstance%\.
