How to check if email was manually moved to Junk folder

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way with Exchange 2010 and Outlook client to check if email was manually moved from Inbox to Junk folder?

There is no mechanism that i am aware of that will allow you to monitor where users move mailbox items into. If you wanted to check this yourself you would have to give yourself access to the mailbox, check the Outlook rules and also the junk email filter to see if there are any addresses in there related to the messages that have been moved.
