I need to script this syntax not to use a static password.

saw this vbs script with a func DenTPMPassword that is supposed to generate random string for TPM owner password, with option for. maybe can leverage further though I did not delve much into it.

Either
 objlog.writeline "Change TPM owner password specified on the command line."
            DenTPMPassword
            ChangeOwnerAuth strOldOwnerPassword,strOwnerPassword
            EvalGPO()
            GetBDEStatus()
OR
 objlog.writeline "TPM ownership is not taken...will take ownership."
        DenTPMPassword
        OwnTPM
        EvalGPO()
        GetBDEStatus()
