Getting "your IP had been automatically blocked" going to Craigslist

HI, at business, getting
"This IP has been automatically blocked.
If you have questions,  please email: blocks-b1421534141827340@craigslist.org" when trying to go to craigslist.

 I did get policy abuse messages from AT&T, but we found the system, reformatted it, then verified with AT&T that we are OK, that was a month ago, still getting this message.
