Blackberry Duplicating Emails On Phone But Not In Mailbox

Hi Guys

Client has a Blackberry that's duplicating incoming emails to his account on the Blackberry however in his mailbox it's only showing as one email (does not duplicate).

Any ideas?

The problem on this seemed to disappear, so we never got to the bottom of it really, but points for the contribution
