I am looking for graphs, and user controls, that can be programmed with javascript. It needs to be really good, so I prefer paid ones, with support if possible. Which graphs + usercontrols do you recommend?

Given that jquery is javascript, I'm going to say yes.  If you need a specific question answered, you should probably contact the manufacturer directly.
