I downloaded ONENOTE for Android from Play Store. I set up a notebook, section and page. However no tabs at top, i.e., there is no home page. Just the pen, plus, search and menu icons. pressing menu .

I downloaded ONENOTE for Android from Play Store. I set up a notebook, section and page. However no tabs at top, i.e., there are NO TABS, THAT IS, NO "HOME", "INSERT", "DRAW" OR "VIEW" SCREEN
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS OF HOW MY PHONE LOOKS AND A SCREENSHOT OF HOW IT SHOULD LOOK.
I have a Samsung Note 4.
Can you advise me of what the problem is and how I can get the screen with these tabs.

It is different on tablet and smartphone. Probably it depends on physical screen size.
