Business Objects detect column names on a renamed table

In Information Design Tool I renamed a table to match the correct name inthe database. The columns in the universe do not reflect the columns inthe DB. How do I refresh or detect such that the table in the universe autiomatically updates its column names to reflect the DB?

I am using BO 4.1 SP2

thanks mimcc I tried that but its not doing what I was expecting. I have a universe that is defined to use table XYZ (columns a,b,c) and has all the dimensino, joins etc created However my underlying database has the table as XYZ_01(columns 1,2,3). I dont want to have to redefine all the objects in the universe.

I was hoping I could rename the table iname in the universe data foundation to match the data i.e. rename XYZ to XYZ_01 and then refresh and the data foundataoin would change the columns from a,b,c to 1,2,3. That doesnt happen on the refresh is there a way to do this or do I need to manually rename each column in the universe?

thanks

Is it in the same database as the universe?

Have you tried creating a connection to the new database then changing the connection of the data foundation?

If you right click a table in the foundation I believe there is an option to replace the table.
