What is the fastest way to get 65 million records of data from SAP into a SQL table?

I'd suggest using the SQL server Import/Export Wiard and creating an SSIS package as described here:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc185161%28v=bts.10%29.aspx

Do some tests on a subset of the data first and only query the full set (whole table) when you're happy with the performance.
