Assistance is greatly appreciated.  I need to correct the following formula.

Correct K5 formula =IF(COUNTA(H5)=0,ʺʺ,(H5-G5))
to answer this question...       What percentage over the value in G5 is the value in H5?

For reference, the related question removed the value if nothing yet existed in the Sold column.

Operating on the same principle (empty if the sold price is not present)

Assuming you want a consistent formula for the whole column
=IF(COUNTA(H2)>0,(H2-G2)/G2,"")
and fill down

If just for row 5
=IF(COUNTA(H5)>0,(H5-G5)/G5,"")

Now I need a way to script the automatic hiding of columns B, J, M, O, and P for any user that is not an administrator such that they cannot be seen at all.

Do you have any suggestions on where I should post that?

It will require google scripting, I think.

Sounds like a new question:
To help you formulate it well:
How do you determine which users are administrators?  - is it from AD user accounts or a separate system?

Google administrators.  The users of this sheet that are logged-in as administrators.  Once we get it formulated correctly, I'll post it so that adequate credit is given.  Thank you for the help.
