How to export local outlook (pst) calendar to Office 365 Web App Calendar

We just deployed Office 365 for a client.  (5 users total) They have one user that has the main office calendar in Outlook 2013 (desktop version) on their computer.   We need to import that calendar into the Office 365 Web App Calendar for that user, so that we can share it out in the web app with groups.  When the user logs into https://outlook.office365.com the calendar is blank.  Can you assist with advice for exporting a local Outlook calendar into the web app calendar?

Thanks so much,
We did not create new profiles in the Mail control panel applet, we simply changed server information for this users pop/smtp settings and connected that way.  So you're suggesting we export existing mail to pst (including calendar/contacts), then remove the profile in the Mail applet, create a new profile then import the pst?  
So this will will cause Outlook to sync calendar and contacts to the outlook web app?

Got it, thanks!  Setting up the new profile seems to have been the ticket.
