We did not create new profiles in the Mail control panel applet, we simply changed server information for this users pop/smtp settings and connected that way. &nbsp;So you're suggesting we export existing mail to pst (including calendar/contacts), then remove the profile in the Mail applet, create a new profile then import the pst? &nbsp;<br />
So this will will cause Outlook to sync calendar and contacts to the outlook web app?
