How to format or fit the numeric value with Excel VBA such that display  12.4 and 112.56 will be aligned properly

The Excel need to export to CSV to integrate with another application as display value. The numeric value will be converted to string but we find that it can't be aligned properly.

After you export it, if you import it back to Excel does it line up?
