Office 365 with roaming profiles

We have a customer with 70 users/exchange mailboxes and around 30 PCs. Most users swap PCs weekly as they are part time.


I need users to be able to roam between PCs and when they go on to a new PC, their office 365 mailbox needs to be configured etc. Is this going to be possible?


Is Office 365 the right product for this customer?

In this case, I would strongly recommend a web based email access. As you told, Office 365 is the best option to have and also have a look on GoogleApps. You can just open a browser and access emails by simply entering the credentials. These are very simple way if you are going to setup email for your business.

But if you already have an exchange server then obviously you can utilize the outlook OWA(Outlook Web Access) feature that enables users access through the browser. If you are keen in using outlook email client application then the account have to setup each and every time if the user switching machine.. That can be automatically configures if you have enabled autodiscovery feature.
