sh log on Cisco ASA 5500X series

My ASA went down earlier this morning and I'd like to see why. I did show log and nothing is there. Is there anywhere else I can look for the log. I do not have syslog. Thx

You can check if your ASA crashed with

show crashinfo.

if not be sure to setup logging to syslog.

How do you setup logging to syslog? Sorry I am not a ASA guy. Thx
