Looking for way to sync a Contacts from a Public Folder to Active Sync phones from Office 365

Trying to find a way to sync contacts from a Public Folder  hosted at MS Exchange Online (Office 365)) such that these contacts can be synchronized to active sync devices with full contact info INCLUDING the notes section of the contact.

Lots of option for hosted exchange but have not been able to find any for O365

I cannot think of anything apart from moving/copying the contacts to a shared mailbox. And even accessing shared folders/mailboxes will be an issue for some ActiveSync clients. You can consider using OWA for iPhone/OWA for Android, not that they will display PF contacts either...
