The marketing guy wants to test operations of the company web site - click this, enter that, download the other thing.
Rinse, Lather, Repeat. What tools are most commonly used for this when the user is not a coder? Could Selenium be used by a non-tech? Other ideas?? Thanks.

Selenium is good. You don't have to be overly technical to use it, but it does help. You can also use this site. http://www.experts-exchange.com/Expert_Testing/addProject.jsp   Expert testing is designed to help manually test. Selenium is what we commonly use for automatic tests that we can run over and over again.

Excellent. I'll give that site a test a go!
