Sent items going into wrong folder

Hi, I have a user who has two exchange email accounts setup on her outlook. One of the accounts is her own hosted on the onsite server but the other is setup on another server at a different site (sister company). Whenever she sends an email from the email account hosted on the offsite server it is going into the other exchange accounts sent items folder. The user is using Outlook 2013 with Server 2012. Hello.

The user uses one Outlook profile for two exchange accounts?
By default all sent emails save into primary account.

Solution:
DelegateSentItemsStyle Registry key

Once you have installed that Hotfix (or a later rollup update or Service Pack), you’ll have to add the DelegateSentItemsStyle value in your Registry;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Preferences
Key location for Outlook 2010:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
Key location for Outlook 2007:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
Key location for Outlook 2003:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Preferences
