I presume you are asking how they do the image rotation?

A few ways this can be done...
jQuery UI "draggable" plugin: http://jqueryui.com/draggable/
javascript: http://css-tricks.com/snippets/jquery/draggable-without-jquery-ui/

In both examples, you'll need to add handlers that update the image periodically as the user moves their mouse.  In a nutshell, when the user grabs the item with their mouse, you measure the mouse location.  As the mouse moves, you constantly track the updated location.  As the amount of the offSet reaches key intervals, you update the source of the image to the next image in the cycle.

Both links I provided include the code for each.
jQuryUI is a jQuery "plug in".
css-tricks is straight javascript.
