Hi There,

I have a Cisco call center and the IP Telephone of the call center is a Cisco 7962.
I have found a wireless Headset solution from Jabra for answering and ending a single call.

I am wondering whether there is a wireless headset that manages remotely the calls?? (for example from headset put the line on hold or transfer the line)

Thanks in Advance,
Mamelas

No there is no wireless headset that does that.  That is a function of the phone and there is no interface between the headset and the phone to provide for that functionality.  If you need to have a wireless connection that provides that, then I suggest you purchase a Cisco 792x wireless phone.
