In Wsus how can i query and check a patch installed date?

Is there a way i can query the DB and find this

i don't think that is possible from wsus
if an update was installed, wsus would only know that the update is installed and not needed for that system
you can see when it was approved, but not installed
the local machine under programs and features -> view installed updates would show that
