Blackberry passport sync issues

One of my users has a blackberry passport setup for activesync with an Exchange 2010 server. Recently when he enters new contacts or calendar entries on the device they do not sync back to Exchange.

I used his webmail to confirm that items added to his Outlook using cached mode sync fine back to exchange and items entered into his ipad sync fine. The issue only appears to be with the passport.

I checked the event logs on the exchange server and see no entries for this user. I removed his exchange account from the passport and re-added it with no change.

I have little to no experience with BB10 devices and no experience at all with the passport so I'm not sure where to go from here.

Any advice is appreciated.

Did you remove the partnership on the Exchange server when you removed the account from the Blackberry device?
If not, remove the account again, reboot the device. Also remove the ActiveSync partnership. Wait about 15 minutes or so for the change to be fully replicated then set it up again?

Simon.

I did not and I can see that there is the original partnership for this device and the one we created when we rejoined. I will try that and let you know.

Thanks
