I have a column that has data such as 4:20, 1:00, 3:14, 13:25, etc and it looks fine in excel but when I try to use it as mail merge it converts to 4:20:00 AM and it converts 13:25 to 1:25:00 PM.  How can I maintain the exact cell format when using in mail merge?

Thank you very much!

You can add this switch to the mail merge field.

\@ "HH:mm"
