Windows 2012 R2 Standard keeps crashing and restarting

I recently installed Windows 2012 R2 Standard on a machine, using it as a HOST machine to run a Windows 2012 R2 STD virtual machine domain controller. The OS installed on the HOST machine completed successfully and the DC VM server is also running with no issue(the VHD was imported from another HOST machine).

For some reason, the server crashes with the following error and reboot frequently (2-4 times a day).

"Your computer has run into a problem and needs a restart"

Not sure what is going on, but notice it crashes with this error sometime right after I logon to the machine.

Services installed - AD, DFS, Remote Access -VPN

Thanks in advance.

I check the dump file and got the following bugcheck error. Two separate events. Trying to figure out the meaning of the error to determine if its a hardware or software related error.

1. BugCheck D1, {fffff801d00dba52, 2, 8, fffff801d00dba52}
2. BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff800a2266e08, 1, 6e7b140f}

I was able to figure out my own problem. I believe that one of the drive on the host machine (RAID 1) is on its last leg. I replaced the drive and re-installed Windows 2012 R2 and its running stable now for several week.
