I am running a Windows 7 computer.  All of a sudden I've started getting the attached error message that hangs the computer on shut down and boot up.  I checked my MSCONFIG startup to see if anything new is trying to load, but nothing seems to have changed.  Can you please explain where this came from, if it represents a problem, and how to get rid of it?   I haven't noticed any changes to the function of the computer other than at boot up and shut down.

Thanks,

Phil
