How to fix Exchange 2013 after interrupted CU install

I was running Exchange 2013 CU2 and tried to upgrade to CU7. At the Transport phase, the following error haulted installation:

Error:

The only option was to exit the installation, so I did. I then rebooted the machine and some Exchange services fail to start. It shows as having CU7 installed now but it's broken.

Do I restore the entire VM or is there a way to fix this without going that route?

I found this article:

It was the workaround for the ip range and port bindings errors. I changed them to different IP's and ports and installation is moving along.

I believe that the CU7 does appeared on Add Remove Programs..right? Uninstall it.

The error
The values that you specified for the Bindings and RemoteIPRanges parameters conflict with the settings on Receive connector "SRV1\Default Frontend SRV1". Receive connectors assigned to different Transport roles on a single server must listen on unique local IP address & port bindings.

How many receives connector that you have? The default receive connector will be 5, if no mistaken.

If you uninstall a cumulative update it removes the entire Exchange installation. It just finalized successfully. Now to change the connectors back to how they were. Cheers
