Disable "Always ask before opening this type of file" in Outlook 2013 via GPO

We are receiving the attached prompt when opening file attachments in Outlook 2013. We have disabled protected view via GPO for Office 2013 applications, but cannot figure out how to rid this prompt via GPO.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

You can add registry file startup script policy for computer registry configuration or logon script policy for user registry configuration.

copy above registry code to file and save as to a .reg file,
Create a new GPO and link it to a scope (site, domain or OU level not a Group)
Set at Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Script\Startup (for computer registry configuration)
Or User Configuration\Windows Settings\Script\Logon
Add the settings use regedit.exe call our .reg file (with the /s switch)
Copy the .reg file to Logon folder (script-->Add-->Browse-->Logon folder)

Thanks. That worked, except now the attachments are opening in "read-only" Any way to disable that so that documents do not open in read-only?
