Add EPSON LQ  690 in Oracle EBS

Need to add Epson LQ 690 in Oracle EBS and it failed. Test print is working fine. But print from Application is not working.
Please assist

Are you adding in cups or as an lp?

It sounds as though the print from the app may need to go through a filter to convert the data into a correct format supported by the printer.
