After switching ISPs the site broke down as to be expected. It has its own dedicated IP facing out

If you go to http://nlpcglive.hopto.org you will see the live video error remain in a wait status. After starting the console I found and cleared most errors but 2 still remain and they refer to the old IP but you have to click the video play arrow in the center of the screen and wait to get them

POST http://97.76.8.75/fcs/ident2 net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
POST http://97.76.8.75/open/1 net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have searched all of the site documents and http.conf in the apache server using the VS search tool but I cannot find anything more using "97." as my criteria

You may have made some changes since posting this, as when I visit the web site <http://nlpcglive.hopto.org/> it redirects to <http://71.251.126.134:1980/Home.aspx>.

When I view source on this page, it appears to be trying to load a playlist.xml file from the IP you are concerned with:

Thank you very much. I actually hired someone to help me build this site and therefor don't know it as intimately as I should but I compared the the pages just like you did and it forced me to realized that this content is dynamic. I had never changed the IPs in my SQL server.
I'm an electrical contractor and my days are filled with keeping the business going so my head is not dedicated to this but I try to keep up with it for my church.

Are you a site builder? I'm looking for someone to setup another template that I purchased to serve up this same content from AMS 5 as well as the MBR page for IOS. But it can't be a lot of money because I don't usually ask the church for reimbursement

Dynamic content from remote SQL server needed to be updated and this expert's source view finally pointed that out. Thanks!
