Hi, is there som sowtfare to install on a server (Windows server) that could be used to print from smartphones (android/ios) to network attached printers (printers that are installed on the server), its old HP printers, they dont have eprint function. Google cloudprint works for android, but that needs to be installed on each users pc, i need something that could help me print to network printers (old printers) without the use of a PC.

There are a few 3rd-party apps that will work with a network printer, but I don't know if you'll have to install any software on the server. You'll have to test a few of them out to see if you find one that will work the way you want. Here's a list of quite a few of them: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=print%20server&c=apps&hl=en
