We have Exchange 2010 running on SBS2011. &nbsp;We have a number of room mailboxes which are configured to automatically approve meeting non-conflicting meeting requests. &nbsp;We would like an email to be sent to a distribution group when a meeting is created or amended (we do not need to know if a meeting has been declined).<br />

We have Exchange 2010 running on SBS2011.  We have a number of room mailboxes which are configured to automatically approve meeting non-conflicting meeting requests.  We would like an email to be sent to a distribution group when a meeting is created or amended (we do not need to know if a meeting has been declined).

How can we configure such a notification?  Is it as simple as adding the distribution group as a delegate?
