How can we send a notification for meeting booked in a room mailbox?

We have Exchange 2010 running on SBS2011.  We have a number of room mailboxes which are configured to automatically approve meeting non-conflicting meeting requests.  We would like an email to be sent to a distribution group when a meeting is created or amended (we do not need to know if a meeting has been declined).

How can we configure such a notification?  Is it as simple as adding the distribution group as a delegate?

Thanks in advance!

Okay, but won't that forward all meeting requests - not just when a meeting is approved and booked?
Yes, This will forward all meeting requests and all other mails sent to this mailbox. You can also configure OWA server side rule to forward mails to this DL with option.
Have set it up, we'll see what the members of the group think.  Thanks!
