Windows 2012 R2: Event ID 10

The server logs this error several times per 24 hours period:
The description for Event ID ( 10 ) in Source ( Microsoft-Windows-TZSync ) could not be found.

What's the problem/fix?

open task scheduler and disable it if you don't need it (time zone sync)
